We had the pleasure of photographing Laura & Kory a few weeks ago! Laura was working for The Hilton in New Bern at the time, so we had previously worked together to cross-promote for weddings. After meeting with Jessica and Mario about their wedding, John spent 15 minutes photographing them in downtown New Bern. They live in California and were only down for the week of their wedding, so we made the most of our time together with a quick engagement session. This session may have been fast, but I love the images John captured. I met the couple at their wedding the following weekend and can honestly say, these images don't lie. You really can see what a fun, loving couple they are!!! Wedding to come soon!

We are photographing so many engagement and bridal sessions lately for our upcoming weddings. I am loving meeting all of the happy couples! Keila and Piotr are definitely one of those happy couples! We probably laughed for most of the session; they are a blast to be around! We had a few equipment issues, but the show must go on right? All in all, this was a super fun evening!!! We are looking forward to their upcoming wedding at Carolina Colours. ...okay, I am just itching to say it, "sweet love on a roll" is the best--I'm just loving it!

We just photographed Carissa & Pete last Saturday evening at Fort Macon, Atlantic Beach and will be photographing their wedding this Saturday in New Bern! Carissa and Pete were super fun and relaxed! We are really looking forward to their wedding!!!

Another wonderful engagement session. We photographed Lindsey and Brad in downtown New Bern and had a fun time with the happy couple! I have to say that Lindsey and Brad (under Lindsey's guidance ) were amazing at naturally posing themselves! They made John and I feel as if we weren't working hard enough! They may have missed their callings as models because it really was that easy; they just knew how to pose themselves to look great! All in all, a wonderful, fun (and easy) session with a great outcome!!!

Our newest engagement session... Jennifer & Oz! We had a fun time photographing in downtown New Bern and are so excited to also be photographing their wedding this October. We stopped in at Almond Tree Cafe on Middle Street for some ice cream and great photo ops (of course we were mostly all just excited about the ice cream) and kept photographing into the evening.
